- This month marks the two year anniversary since the release of Turbo
Grapher on the internet.
- Improved resizing of multiple objects. Still some quirks with poly
objects.
- Additional enhancements to binary file format. It will now be easier to
use older binary files with upgraded versions of TG. Please note that the TGF text format
is obsolete. Added features in TG may not be supported in the TGF file format.
- Added additional features to Axis Properties dialog.
- Improved font and color selection dialogs. They have now been customized.
Custom color selections are also remembered. File dialogs have also been improved.
- Fixed some issues with the TG2 format. Graph grid title, name properties
and border style are now saved. In the original introduction of the TG2 format, they were
not saved.
- Improved printer setup. Printer crashes should be gone. Previously,
selecting or customizing page options with certain printers cause the program to crash.
- Improved the efficiency of the data import features. TG will now check
file formats with extensions other than those listed in the dialog.
- Added enchancements to the Autosize dialog.
- Added Graph Paper graph type. This allows the user to configure and print
a blank grid sheet.

- Added embed feature for Picture objects. This allows the user to embed

- Changed the version 2.x (tg2) file type to binary. The new tg2 format greatly increase
file operation performance. However, any files saved in previous tg2 formats will not
load. You must convert from the version 1.x text format version (tgf).
- Eliminated an annoying error with the graph series selection dialog. The program no
longer crashes if the series delete button is pressed without having first selected an
available series from the list.
- Added a Progress Bar object which acts as a graphical percent or bar indicator.
- Added ability to paste binary data blocks directly into graphs using the clipboard.
- Fixed a bug discovered in the delete block function. Previously, the wrong object(s) may
be deleted in a group of selected objects.
- The plot range or fill range will now automatically expand for new data points if the
Autoscale function is enabled. Previously, new data points added to a graph may not have
plotted if the fill range was set to a subset of the graph data. This was not a bug.
Allowing a selection of subsets lets the user calculated graph parameters like area and
curve length for portion of a curve. This was primarily a problem with X-Y plots.
- Added a print scale option to the print setup dialog.
- Added addtional editing features to the graph data grid.

- Redesigned the print engine to allow for greater printer control and reduced print
errors. The only downfall is rotated bitmaps will not print.

changed the picture object copy method so it is easier to replicate pictures.
- Added "Combine into Solid" menu selection. This will take two polylines and
form a wire frame.
